Eagles Football 2013 Cancer Awareness Event
Eisenhower High School Eagles Football is proud to partner with the American Cancer Society in the “Crucial Catch” campaign supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month and raising money for the American Cancer Society.
Varsity game will be held on October 25th when the Eagles host Cousino Patriots!
J.V. & Freshman game will be held on October 17th when they host StevensonTitans!
The Football players will show their support by wearing PINK socks/shoelaces, along with a PINK ribbon decal on their helmets!
We would love to see all of the IKE community supporting this great cause.
Here’s how YOU can get involved:
– Purchase a “Crucial Catch” T-Shirt or Hat and wear it to the game.
Proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society.
All Shirt/Hat pre-orders need to be submitted by September 30th for pre-game delivery.
Limited supply will be available for purchase at the homecoming game on Oct 11th .

– “Honor Posters”: Make a poster recognizing a cancer survivor, someone currently in treatment or in memory of someone who has lost their fight with cancer. For a minimum $5 donation, hang your poster on the fence surrounding the field for the Oct 25th Varsity game. Donations will be collected at the gate on game day. Pipe cleaners will be provided to hang your poster on the fence.
– Halftime Cancer Survivor Recognition: Be honored as a cancer survivor during halftime at the October 25th Varsity Game – If you or someone you know is a cancer survivor and would like to be honored at halftime, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to pre-register. All survivors need to be pre-registered before October 19th.
